  • 1. How do I set up an account with Immortalis Botanicals?
    You will need to fill out the customer application and the charge card authorization forms located on the website (Click on the Customer Service link), or call 434-391-9960 and we will fax you copies of the forms.

  • 3. How long will it take before I receive my order?
    Shipping time is typically 2-4 weeks
  • 4. How much is shipping?
    Flat shipping rate is charged for the following states:
    1. 8% - VA
    2. 10% - DE, CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, NY, NJ, NC, MD, NH, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VT, WV
    3. 12% - AL, AR, IA, IL, LA, ME, MI, MO, MS, TX, WI
    4. 15% - AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, MN, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY

    Alaska and Hawaii are based on shipping method.
  • 5. Do you accept returns?
    Returns are only accepted once a return authorization (RA) number has been issued by Immortalis Botanicals; a call tag for the item will be issued by email or fax. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred. Any return shipped and received back to Immortalis Botanicals broken because of inadequate packing material will not be credited. Any credit will be kept as a company credit and applied to your next purchase.
  • 6. Is there an extra shipping charge for my backordered piece?
    There are no extra shipping charges for backordered pieces. Each piece is shipped at the flat shipping rate and is only charged once for shipping.
